Quick: Add 2 heaping scoops of Pro Complex APS powder to a blender filled with 8 to 12 fl oz of water, nonfat milk, or your favorite beverage. Add several ice cubes and mix on highest speed for 45 to 60 seconds. For a quick meal, try adding high-energy ingredients like fresh or frozen fruits (Strawberries, bananas, etc.), peanut butter, flaxseed oil, unflavored yogurt, and/or slivered almonds to your Pro Complex APS shake. (Don't forget to account for the calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, and other nutrients that these foods contribute to your shake.)
