Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 caplets with an 8 oz glass of water within 1 hour after you wake up in the morning. Do not exceed 2 caplets in a 24-hour period. To asses individual tolerance, follow as directed. Consume ten 8 oz glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Day 1 to Day 3: 1 caplet daily. Day 4 & Beyond: 2 caplets daily.
